Role & Responsibilities:
• Back office for non-voice role
• Understanding the client portal and communicating the result of the analysis
• Ensuring the client portal is updated completely, in line with the instructions set by our client Prioritize work effectively to meet SLA
• Meet defined daily targets set for the process
• Need to multitask and work on different markets and applications
• Proactively analyze markets assigned in order to enhance process efficiency
• Flexibility to support different queues within the process not limiting to one team
• Documentation of requirements to ensure smooth automation of reporting To act as the central point for clients requiring services on our print and digital product To promote a positive environment of partnership working across on/offshore teams

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
