We are backed by the top venture funds in the country - BVP, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital, and Multiply Ventures.About the role:Nova Benefits is looking for a full-time Strategy and Operations Associate in the Wellness team who is passionate about solving business-level problems, providing the best customer experience, and wants to build robust systems that can scale. In simple language, someone who wants to learn the 0-1 journey.Responsibilities:-Engagement

• Manage employee engagement for Nova Benefits clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.
• Compile campaign & event performance data and reports (Excel, Notion )
• Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properly
• Take up end-to-end execution of customized session requests

• Organise & execute online engagements events on the Nova Platform
• Sending campaigns on email marketing platforms & invites to clients
• For great customer experience, develop SOPs to make processes smooth and ensure that it is adopted in the team.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly operations planning and execution with high ownership for the activity allotted.
• Product line operations execution is end-to-end. Communicate with vendors, and coordinate with client on need basis.
• Partnership reach outs
• Overlook the finance and invoicing for vendor
