JD
Should actively engage with seller partners and ensure streamlined operations on ground
Create necessary reporting mechanism to track key metrics and should actively follow-up with FC POCs via both virtual and In-person store visits
Should jointly work with Seller FC team in daily operations and improvement projects especially in Order processing and Inventory management
Should actively work with amazon logistics team and address seller concerns if any to do with pickups/return shipments
Support Build seller capability to fulfill orders with very high bar on customer experience and negligible order misses/breaches
Support with Catalog activities
Preference:
Candidates with FC ops experience and basic excel knowledge
Candidates with 3P seller management experience
Can own and deliver projects as an individual contributor
These roles will be L2/ early L3 type roles within amazon and the salaries would also be in-line. ( 20-30K/month ball park).

Qualification :Graduate
Experiecne in:1 to 4 years5 resources 1 in each city, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. We will recruit the next set once we are done with this. These resources will operate out of our seller premises. Ill share the respective addresses shortly.
