Key responsibilities: 1. Handling client queries/questions and providing solutions by coordinating with internal teams. 2. Doing data entry in Excel/Google sheets and on other Internal Portals. 3. Providing operational support to different departments, responding to inquires, resolving issues and coordinating activities as needed. 4. Carry out a range of assigned support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all data administration requirements. Required Skills: 1. Should have excellent communication skills. 2. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - Word and Excel. 3. Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of work. 4. Keen willingness to learn. 5.
