1. Operations Associate:

Eligibility:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, like Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Architecture or MBA in Operations. Having experience in handling sites for architects or interior designers.

Job Summary:

Installation Professionals should be able to understand and comprehend technical drawings and undertake necessary site inspection and site evaluation. He / She should be able to co-ordinate with clients for any technical changes required as per drawings, and understand the technical aspects of material and fittings of Company products. He / She should have experience in handling measurement and calibration tools and other necessary equipment required at the time of site inspection.

:

Preparing broad project timelines, and deliverables in consultations with the Administrative Head and Success Factors as per the Incentive plan SOP

Coordinating with the Internal Team, other contractors, or subcontractors to ensure the smooth completion of projects within time and budget constraints

Consulting with clients to understand changes and whether the design would appropriately fit into the available space at the site.

Checking of electrical, plumbing & civil layouts. Explaining & Executing them in your guidance as per provided drawings & layouts

Working with architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet code requirements for safety and efficiency

Maintain the site neat & clean

Working with contractors or architects during construction to ensure that the plans are carried out accurately

Evaluating existing systems to identify areas in need of repair or replacement

Making MIS Report

Onsite Quality check - installation & material

Proper handover with Demo to client

Site visits as per schedule or work

Carpenter planning - For Site Supervisor

Supervisor Planning / Assembly Planning/ Dispatch Planning - for Operation Specialist

Taking Care of other areas of site neat & safe like. Wooden Flooring, Final Painted Walls, Glass Partitions etc

Display Explanation to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
