Position Overview:
We have an urgent opening for freshers in our Operations team based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working in rotational shifts, including three night shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:
• Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning.
• Coordinate with various departments to support operational activities.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Data Management:
• Collect, process, and analyze operational data.
• Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Shift Management:
• Work in rotational shifts, including three night shifts per week.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts and maintain continuity of operations.
• Problem-Solving:
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
