Job Description

The job involves a candidate to be a part of ground force dealing directly with the associates (Vehicle Owner / Drivers) to ensure that they fulfill requirements at Customer Hubs. The job requires a person to also directly coordinate with the Customer POC at the Hubs and to be their first point of contact.

Responsibilities We'll Trust You With

? Motivate drivers to use the latest technology and earn more.

? Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all drivers.

? Manage the Day to day operations of the customer / hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles.

? Management of Trip sheets, On-demand sheets, Vehicle spread and Driver documents required for smooth management of the vehicles.

? Take ownership to implement strategic initiatives of the company.

Expertise & Knowledge You Need To Have

? Bachelor's degree required.

? Bring efficiency and optimization in operations through effective use of Technology like driver app, route planner, delivery app, etc.

? Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure.

? Proactive and solution-orientated, able to work independently.

? Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Utilize flexible work timings to enhance productivity.

? Strong analytical and organizational skills.

? Experience of 4 - 6 years. Prior experience in a start-up/mid-sized organization is a plus.

? Experience in handling the entire employee life cycle, statutory compliance and audit.

? Proactive, independent and analytical candidates who can work in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
