Key Responsibilities:
Project coordination & related supports:
1) Location scouting and managing coordination between the property owners & property brokers.
2) Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and contractors for new clinic projects.
3) Evaluate vendor performance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
4) Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintenance Management:
1) Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
2) Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other clinic equipment - as needed.
3) Tracking and scheduling of overall preventive maintenance activities (Infra/Medical) of clinics pan India.
Safety and Compliance:
1) Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
Budget Management:
1) Assist in the development of the maintenance budget.
2) Monitor and control maintenance expenses to stay within budget.
3) Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Sciences, Arts or 3 year diploma in electrical/civil engineering.
2) 1-2 years of proven experience in maintenance or operational roles.
3) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6) Ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
7) Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
1) Kannada speakers preferred.
2) Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
