Engagement

Manage employee engagement for Nova Benefits clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.
Compile campaign & event performance data and reports (Excel, Notion )
Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properly
Take up end-to-end execution of customized session requests

Operations

Organize & execute online engagements events on the Nova Platform
Sending campaigns on email marketing platforms & invites to clients
For great customer experience, develop SOPs to make processes smooth and ensure that it is adopted in the team.
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly operations planning and execution with high ownership for the activity allotted.
Product line operations execution is end-to-end. Communicate with vendors, and coordinate with client on need basis.
