Scale & Growth Outlook

By the 5th year into its journey, BetterWay would be on it's way to treat 5 lakh patients annually. This feat will be achieved by protocol driven superspeciality among top 4/5 Chronic ailments. Enabled by a world class, IP owning care community of nearly 600+ clinicians and 800+ Paramedics. In this journey, BetterWay IP Medicines and Supplements will be directly consumed by 10Lakh+ Happy users family of BetterWay treated patients. BetterWay will be a India's trusted household name & default reference point, for all things related Ayurvedic medicine, treatment and supplements.

BetterWay treats chronic lifestyle disorders using evidence-based Ayurved, enabled by technology. It has multi-specialty Ayurved day-care centers with expert Doctors and Paramedics. At the core, for each user/patient, BetterWay advocates holistic, nature-aligned lifestyle choices.

As an Operations Associate at BetterWay, you will play a critical role in ensuring our headquarters, clinics, and warehouses operate seamlessly. You will oversee administration, facility management, and vendor relations, ensuring an efficient, safe, and welcoming space for both employees and patients.

The goal is to build a well-maintained, cost-effective, and compliant environment where BetterWay employees and patients can excel and feel cared for.

In essence, as an Operations Associate, you are not just an administrator but a strategist, problem-solver, and advocate for operational excellence. You will leverage your organizational and managerial skills to optimize facilities, streamline processes, and deliver a superior experience to everyone at BetterWay.

This goal will be accomplished through the execution of the roles and responsibilities outlined below:

Facilities & Maintenance Management: Ensure smooth operations across all premises by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections, creating spaces that support productivity and patient care
Vendor & Admin Management: Build and manage vendor partnerships to secure high-quality services and negotiate cost-effective contracts. Oversee administrative functions, ensuring effective staffing, streamlined processes, and a positive environment across all premises.
Compliance & Safety: Implement safety protocols, adhere to regulatory standards, and ensure a secure environment for employees and patients
Strategic & Financial Oversight: Contribute to operational strategies, optimize budgets for operational expenditures (OPEX and CAPEX), and support cost-saving initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address their operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the medical team, administrative staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations.

What we desire?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 0-1.5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or a similar role
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience with compliance management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
