Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Operations Associate to join our team and support multiple facets of our business, including operations, HR, and procurement. This dynamic role will involve managing supply chain logistics, assisting with HR functions, and coordinating procurement activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to various operational areas within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Support: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency across production, supply chain, and logistics.
• Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing the procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Purchasing & Vendor Management: Handle purchase orders, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• HR Functions: Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll assistance.
• Team Coordination: Assist in organizing team schedules, managing communication among departments, and coordinating team activities and meetings.
• Inventory & Logistics Control: Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and work closely with logistics partners to manage product distribution.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate operational records, including production, HR, procurement, and logistics documentation, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to streamline processes in operations, HR, and purchasing functions to enhance overall efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
