The successful candidate will assist in the smooth operation of daily activities, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the management team in optimizing processes.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities.- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.- Support in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination.- Track and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.- Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise.- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.- Assist in inventory management and control.- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.- 1 year of experience in an operations role or similar.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Basic knowledge of operations management software is a plus.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
