: Manager (Female)

Position: Manager
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahemedabad
Salary Range: ?4,80,000 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch operations to ensure efficient processes and smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with branch staff to maintain consistency in performance and compliance with organizational policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve business objectives and uphold high performance standards.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Oversee billing, payments, and collections to maintain financial discipline and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.
• Conduct regular visits to different branches to monitor operations, address challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to improve branch efficiency.
• Generate and provide timely reports on branch performance, customer interactions, and financial transactions for senior management.
• Identify trends, highlight key metrics, and propose actionable improvements.
• Plan, organize, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the branches and senior management.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, progress, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Operations.
• 2 years of proven experience in a managerial or operations-related role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial processes, including billing and collections.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel regularly to different branches.
• High adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
