Job Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience: 1+ years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners are preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be well versed in email writing and communication skills.

Work directly with the Operations Manager to support all aspects of their daily work routine.

Keep the Operations Manager advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and business activities.

Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Ensure payments are processed on a timely basis to/from customer

Maintaining cordial relations with clients.

Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

Complete a variety of special projects including creating presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports etc.

Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Must have leading and self-motivating nature.
