Job Responsibilities:
Tour Operations:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of travel itineraries and tour packages.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operation of tours.
Handle reservations, bookings, and logistics for transportation, accommodations, and activities.
Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the tour lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tours and client interactions.
Recruitment Support:
Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and records.
Handle administrative tasks such as drafting job postings and correspondence.
Participate in recruitment events and activities as required.
General Operations:
Provide administrative support to the operations and recruitment teams.
Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supplier coordination.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in tour operations, travel planning, or recruitment is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
A passion for travel, hospitality, and/or talent acquisition.
