Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute daily operations, including managing order dispatch from the warehouse.
• Maintain a seamless process to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and pitch product offerings.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the company owner to identify areas for improvement in operations and customer engagement.
• Manage and update records related to order processing, inventory, and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in managing dispatch or logistics processes is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools and operational software.
