:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 07Department overviewS&P Global EBS is specialist provider of managed and installed data services, delivering world-class data, technology and service solutions focusing on the complex and evolving Index and ETF data needs. Used in the front, middle and back office by the world\'s leading Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Fund Administrators, Prime Brokers and Hedge Funds.The data is sourced directly from leading industry practitioners including: prime brokers, Investment Banks, asset managers and hedge funds. Data is delivered via a variety of channels to ensure integration into your workflow including web applications, Excel add-in, data feed and GUI.Duties & accountabilities

• Product Entitlement for Clients Trailing and have signed the contract for live subscription for Index & ETF data
• Reading through the Client Contract and making sure they have all the necessary services delivered to them as per the contract
• Liaising with various data provider and issuers for the license check before enabling access to clients
• Ensure all customers receive first class service consistent with S&P expectations including but not limited to identifying and resolving client issues, following up with clients based off SLAs, assisting with ad hoc projects, and answering customer inquiries.
• Collaborating with different stack holders like the sales teams, TechOps and Content Management team to raise any client specific or technical issues
• Ensure the Accuracy and time-efficient production of financial information to respective products.
• Creating and maintaining the MIS for product trails
• Enhancing existing relationships with banks, prime brokers, and liaising for the data for mutual clients
• Work with and involve cross functional teams to provide Root Cause Analysis to identify solutions in problem areas.
• Monitor and research market events to anticipate changes. Ensure a deep understanding of the markets and business events.
• Consolidate information around the dataset leading to the establishment of best practices.
• Identify data quality improvement projects, and good design practices
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Become highly skilled in understanding and maintaining Processes, including assisting peers and leadership with creating SOPs, implementing a quality control review of operational activities.

Education and experience

• Education - Graduate/postgraduate in finance/MBA
• Knowledge of capital market, corporate action, trade processing
• Experience in issue trouble shooting
• Advance Proficiency of MS Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL (Sequel) will be added advantage
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, if required
• Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with onshore team
