• Expert in MS Office products - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent knowledge of data management and transformation in excel
• Expertise in excel formulas, vlookup, Pivots and other analytical methods
• ITIL Knowledge is must, certification will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• 24X7X365 Work Environment which expects the shift operations by team members
• SAP knowledge is not must, but will be an additional advantage
• Experience in IT support is a must
• Complete understanding of SLA and KPI driven environment
• Experience in People coordination (Internal & customer)
• Experience of Ticket management software is must (e.g. Service Now)
• Escalation Management skills required
• Coordination task in high priority tickets (P1,P2) with Service Provider and Vendor teams
• Audit of Tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Tickets, RCA etc..) as per given SLA
