Please check your email on a regular basis.About the roleRole Location: BengaluruRole Type: Permanent, Full-timeShifts:- Must be flexible with all shifts (night shifts)CTC - 4.4 lpa (Fixed CTC) + Variable Pay + Medical InsuranceThe Analyst is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Daily targets and customer service in ANZ India, via robust learning and development frameworks. Key responsibilities include - managing workflows, associated reporting and quality checks. Ensure timely and accurate processing of work for both internal and external customers in line with expectations and within the agreed criteria set out in Service Level agreements and established policies.What will your day look like
As a Operations Analyst, you willEnsure that both the bank and its clients are protected from errors that may result in a financial loss or reputation loss to both parties.Follow up where necessary to meet customer needsProvide any written concerns from customers to TL/Manager together with proposed solutions.Ensure internal service level agreements are met through meeting individual set targetsEnsure all functions performed meet banking and compliance guidelinesHigh quality of work and taking ownership to resolve any customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.Conducts checks before processing, ensuring all documents details are accurate, verifies transactions.Identify and recommend initiatives to improve the performance of the functional processed to management.Develop tools and techniques as a part of continuous improvementsCommunicate well with peers/ stakeholders to ensure customer expectations have been met and exceeded.Strong ability to guide employees towards goal achievementIdentifying any potential gaps and suggest appropriate action to Line Manager.Develop and implement appropriate procedures, processes and cross training.Back-up for the Production lead to manage his/her responsibilities.Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards and with legal and regulatory requirements.Resolve issues or escalate them as required.What will you bring?We know not everyone will bring all of the skills and experience, and at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work.
