We are currently hiring for Operations Administrator - L2 to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad location (WFO) Role: Operations Administrator - U2 Band (Fulltime/Permanent) Location: Hyderabad (WFO - 5 Days working) Experience: 18Months - 4Y Shift: UK (12PM - 9:30PM, Fixed week off\'s on Sat & Sun) - Two way transportation will be given with in the radius of 30KMS from Our Hi-Tech city office. Payroll: TechM Responsibilities: Operations Administrators will usually deal with the freelancing Examiners where they have to take care about their work and commissions (Payments). Will coordinate in between freelancing examiners and the Client. Required: Should have at least 18 months of experience working on international projects (Chat, Email or Voice). Good email drafting skills and should have hands on experience with MS Excel. Should be able to communicate with UK or US clients on regular basis. Should be able to handle the international process. Need Graduation in any filed.
