We are hiring in our Begumpet Clinic

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Begumpet.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable rental properties for the establishment of a 12-bed clinic. Their duties will include assessing property market values and ratings through a combination of internal and external resources, as well as conducting on-site visits to inspect potential properties. Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors /Agents etc. forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends Designing (Set up Hospital/Clinics itself )

Qualification : B. Tech (Civil Engineer) Minimum Graduate Property Evaluation and Valuation both internal and external resources to assess and determine market values and property ratings. Site Visits and Property Inspection: Conduct on-site visits to thoroughly inspect properties, ensuring they meet established standards. Maintenance Oversight: Inspect properties regularly and coordinate necessary maintenance activities to maintain quality and compliance with standards. Contractor and Mediator Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive and productive relationships with contractors and mediators. Lease and Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate lease and contract agreements with contractors promptly and reliably. Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting financial requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends. Who is having an experience of setting up clinic sept up (Ayurveda /Skin Care /SPA ) will be value addition.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
