Partner with the best: The Cyber Operational Technology (OT) Risk Analyst is responsible of operational delivery and maintenance of policies and controls including exceptions management for OT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). This position will be part of the global Digital Technology (DT) Cyber Governance & Policy team. The individual in this role will be responsible of processes and procedures to identify and manage existing and emerging OT and ICS risks will also support audit related matters, including oversight, internal facilitation, review, and remediation efforts working with the Cyber OT teams . As an OT Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining policies and standards to manage existing and emerging OT/ICS risks, based on ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 or other equivalent international standard. Ensuring OT controls are documented and updated according to regulatory requirements, business needs and OT cybersecurity standards. Supporting the application of practices and policies using Baker Hughes\' GRC solutions (Archer RSA and ServiceNow). Assisting with the maintenance and ongoing process improvement of the existing exception management process for OT assets. Assisting with the development of the Cyber Risk Register for OT/ICS risks. Working closely with the Global Cyber OT leadership team to update controls and work on documenting remediation patterns and mitigating gaps . Interacting with multiple business units to educate, train, and address questions related to process, controls and risk mitigation in the OT area . Producing regular reporting, supporting continuous improvement of procedures and controls. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar), Computer Science, or similar scientific / technical field. Have a minimum of 7 years \'hands on\' experience assessing ICS/OT network architecture. Have a good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments (ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, CIS, etc.) Have experience with maintaining standards, policies, procedures as it pertains to information security, ICS/OT environments. Have good interpersonal and team player skills, able to mediate conflicts, recognize options, propose and implement solutions. Be a Self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Have ability to switch context quickly and work on multiple streams of work concurrently.
