:Job Title: Operational Risk AnalystFunction/ Department: Enterprise Risk ManagementJob Purpose:Operational Risk Management (ORM) is the second line of defense which ensures all the Risks highlighted by the Businesses/functions are monitored effectively and relevant controls are in place to mitigate the same. The role is responsible for ORM activities of shared services functions of the bank such as Finance, Human Resource, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, etc.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the shared services functions for Finance, Human Resource, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, etc. by assessing the operational risk, providing a view on the level of exposure relative to risk appetite and advising on risk mitigation activities including but not limited to:

• Defining of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Registers, KRIs and monitoring them.
• Conducting the annual Risk Control Self Assessments.
• Analysing of Incidents being reported and verifying the Corrective and Preventive actions.
• Review and approve the Product Notes from the Operational Risk perspective.
• Ensure that the relevant dashboards are generated, disseminated and followed-up appropriately in adherence to defined procedures and quality standards
• Working on various projects and actionable as and when advised by the management.
• Suggesting and implementing the best industry practices.

Educational Qualifications:Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)Experience: 5 to 10 years of mandatory experience in Operational Risk.
