• Support the maturing of the Operational Resilience governance framework to enable data-driven insights and oversight of Operational Resilience to the M&G plc Board of Directors, subsidiary Boards, senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of the tooling, reporting and data strategy. The tooling should enable M&G to develop automated, streamlined resilience management capabilities supported by strong MI and reporting. This will also include development of requirements, project management of tool rollout, training and supporting the maintenance of configurable elements of the tooling.
• Support the development of an end-to-end flow of MI to enable appropriate direction, evaluation and monitoring of operational resilience benefits, risks, remediation items, policy compliance and control information (including firm-wide capabilities and dependencies identified as critical to our end-to-end business Important Business Services).
• Partner with pillar leads across Technology, Commercial, Third Party, Facilities and HR to establish leading resilience indicators to allow M&G to better anticipate and prevent disruptions from occurring.
• Support the delivery of strategic resilience projects and ad-hoc tasks to support both change and run of a maturing operational resilience framework.
• Support the implementation of enhancements to ensure operational resilience is fully integrated and embedded across the organisation, including integration into other policies, processes, controls, reporting and frameworks including but not limited to Technology, Supplier Risk, Operational Risk, Transformation & Change, Workplace services and HR.
• Support the Operational Resilience team in the ongoing management and oversight of M&G\xe2\x80\x99s Operational Resilience framework, ensuring strategic priorities are reflected in the delivery of stated and measurable objectives.
• Support the management and operation of the Operational Resilience Forum (ORF), supporting the development of materials, take minutes and ensure the adequate tracking of outcomes and actions arising from relevant governance meetings.
• Support engagement with group entities on international resilience regulatory rules and guidance, incorporating these where relevant into group policies, standards, methods and tooling.
• Facilitate any Operational Resilience required controls testing, assurance and / or audit examination requirements.
