Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operational Manager to oversee our international restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-unit restaurant operations or business offshore, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards. This role demands exceptional leadership, cultural adaptability, and strategic planning skills to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of our restaurants locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Quality and Service Standards:
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service across all international locations. restaurant.
- Regular audits and inspections to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on customer experience.
- Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of restaurant managers, chefs, and staff across various countries.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align international operations with the company\xe2\x80\x99s long-term objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth in new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive operational success.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal use of resources.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards in each country of operation.
- Implement robust risk management practices to protect the company\xe2\x80\x99s assets and reputation.
- Address and mitigate any potential operational risks proactively.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with international exposure.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing restaurant operations across different countries.
- Strong understanding of restaurant industry trends, best practices, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools.
