We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the operations of all branches of our burger cafe company. The Operational Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, accounts, human resources, kitchen processes, purchasing, inventory management, administration works, customer care, and branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and proven experience in operations. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives across all branches. 2. Oversee marketing efforts to promote the burger cafes and ensure brand consistency. 3. Manage sales activities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. 4. Maintain financial records, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and ensure financial health of the company. 5. Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. 6. Oversee kitchen processes to ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance with health and safety regulations. 7. Lead purchasing activities, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and optimize procurement processes. 8. Implement inventory management protocols to monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure timely reordering. 9. Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 10. Focus on customer care to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 11. Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance the company\'s reputation and market presence. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. - Proven experience in operational management in the restaurant or hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in using relevant software applications for operations management. - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Strong Recognition and analysis skill for Risks & Problems for the entire operations.
