Job Description

: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operational Head to lead and oversee our organization's day-to-day plant operations. As the Operational Head, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and aligning operations with the company's strategic goals. You will play a key role in enhancing productivity, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the company, including production, logistics, supply chain, and quality control.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Lead and manage a team of department heads and operational staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, rubber plant technology or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Operational Head, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
