Job Description

Supervisor will perform all the duties within the company policies for both Health Heal and Institute(Old age home). •2.•Supervisor is responsible only for the residents who have availed Health Heal services. •3.•Supervisor will be present in the institution from 8am-5pm •4.•Supervisor will visit the premises after business hours (early morning, late evenings) •5.•Supervisor will be one point of contact for all caregivers and their concerns •6.•Supervisor will meet with the caregivers on a daily basis •7.•Supervisor will meet with the institution team weekly to discuss the progress/concerns of the services/caregivers •8.•Supervisor will do rounds and room checks daily •9.•Supervisor will visit all clients on a daily basis •10.•Supervisor will handle all caregiver grievances and resolve them with the TAT. •11.•Supervisor will ensure the CMS charting is done on daily basis •12.•Supervisor will handle all requirements, grievances, payment queries and any concerns from the institution •13.•Supervisor will arrange suitable caregiver for clients for all placements, replacements. •14.•Supervisor will do client initial assessments to know the requirements and needs of the resident once service request is received. •15.•Supervisor will do periodical reassessments To know the progress and any changes in resident condition and needs. •16.•Supervisor will manage caregiver leaves as per leave policies •17.•Supervisor will be a liaison between Health Heal and Institute(Old age home) •18.•Supervisor will arrange meetings with the caregivers and HR department on regular basis. •19.•Supervisor will ensure that caregivers attend the trainings assigned to the caregivers by Health Heal. •20.•Supervisor will make them self available for any questions or concerns by Institute(Old age home) and Health Heal management. •21.•In case the resident is hospitalized, supervisor will take care of the caregiver needs. And resident requirements as per their and family wishes (stop service, hold service, service in hospital). •22.•Supervisor will be responsible for caregivers grooming, behaviors, care delivery, leaves, service start, service hold, service stop, payment collections, caregiver attendance, resident care needs, update family members. •23.•Supervisor will approve, deny, and manage the caregiver out of premises breaks. •24.•Supervisor should be available to visit the institution incase any emergency. •25.•Supervisor will record all and every incidents as per Health Heal incident policies. •26.•Supervisor will be available on phone always.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
