Job description Primary Responsibility
  • Build change management frameworks & implement operational excellence standards across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement mindset (e.g. through training) and ensure accountability through governance set ups
  • Challenge status quo to constantly improve ways of workings across the organization
  • Drive improvements also based on benchmarking with other internal and external best practices
  • Execute and educate on process improvement initiatives using 5S, kaizen, Lean tools.
  • Act as operational excellence coordinator between EX Pat, consultants and employees, management team.
  • Co-pilot for team members in project work, helping them understand and utilize a portfolio of OPEX and change management tools
  • Support efficiency improvement by establishing a solid foundation and implementing standard way of working to sustain performance
* Training Officer is responsible for development, implementation and coordination of training programs within the organization. *Training Officer must collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, deliver engaging and impactful training sessions. * Must be efficient and expertise in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs. * Primary responsibility is to leading and facilitating the implementation of the 5S methodology within the organization. * The goal is to create a more organized, efficient, and productive workplace by standardizing and sustaining a clean and orderly environment Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Evaluation 8. Training Records Preparation 9. Competency & Skill Enhancement Qualifications:
  • Any degree UG/PG
  • Proven experience in change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
