THIS IS YOUR ROLE.:We are looking for an ambitious and driven Operational Excellence Manager to drive new business models and operational efficiencies in our SI EA CS BusinessResponsibilities :
- Responsible for ideating and driving new execution models for the Service business and factory operations
- Drive cost optimization and purchase productivity
- Construct execution models for new sales initiatives, identify new business models and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Purchase, Field Service, Execution, Project Management, Factory) and HQ
- A Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering is required with minimum 15-20yrs experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter able to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Shown success working on cross-functional teams
- Desire to think strategically and execute tactically
