Miratech is looking for Operational Analyst who will be part of Access & Identity Management (AIM) team. The Access & Identity Management (AIM) team is a critical component of Global Information Security and is responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate access to technology systems and resources within the Firm. The role assigned to the Separation of Duties (SoD) project for the Aladdin trading and risk management system. The systems support the full lifecycle of the investment management process, from quantitative risk management to order entry, trade routing, and settlement. This is an Operational role that will be tasked with monitoring users? Aladdin permissions to ensure they are aligned with policies and resolving any issues found. The role will also involve providing 1st line support for user permission questions and issues. The role requires to work from the office 3 days per week. Office location: Gurgaon, India. Responsibilities:

• Configuration and implementation of automated check processes
• Monitoring results of checks, logging, and resolving issues
• Ensuring Aladdin permission policies are applied and adhered to. Checks will include ? SoD identification and approval, Permission Port Group population, Excessive permissions checks
• Providing 1st line of support to users with Aladdin permission questions/issues ? liaising with and advising the Business
• Assisting with the development, testing, implementation, and operation of a new Aladdin Permission Compliance tool

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Operational Analyst
• Tracking, diagnosis, and resolution experience
• Ability to liaise with Business teams to understand their requirement and how that translates to permissions/port groups
• Experience in data manipulation and collation in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have

• Investment Management experience
• SQL experience
• Aladdin permission/ port group knowledge
