Operation Theatre Technician
Job Description
• Preparing and maintaining the operating theater This includes ensuring the theater is clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good working order.
• Preparing patients for surgery This includes ensuring the patient is healthy enough for surgery, and giving them a chance to ask questions.
• Managing equipment This includes providing technical support during surgery, and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
• Anesthesia This includes providing anesthesia, and caring for patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Evaluating patients This includes monitoring the patient's vital signs during surgery, and evaluating them after surgery.
• Biomedical waste disposal This includes following protocols for disposing of hazardous waste.
• Safety This includes following radiation safety guidelines, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
Other responsibilities include:
• Assisting the surgical and anesthetic teams
• Helping to support recovering patients
• Ensuring the availability of medical and diagnostic supplies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
Experience:
