We are looking for Operation Theater (OT) Nurse for our Organization ILAMED (Institute of Laser & Aesthetic Medicine)

: Operation Theater (OT) Nurse - ILAMED

Location: ILAMED Institute

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-5 years (Preferred in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetic Surgery)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or GNM with valid registration/license.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare the operation theater with necessary instruments and equipment.

2. Verify patient details, consent forms, and assist in pre-surgical preparations.

3. Ensure sterilization protocols and infection control procedures are strictly followed.

B. Intra-Operative Assistance:

1. Assist surgeons during aesthetic and cosmetic procedures (such as Botox, fillers, liposuction, and other surgeries).

2. Monitor the patient's vital signs and provide critical support to anesthetists.

3. Handle instruments, sutures, and surgical tools efficiently.

C. Post-Operative Care:

1. Provide immediate care and support to patients post-surgery.

2. Monitor recovery and manage dressings or wound care as needed.

3. Maintain clear communication with the healthcare team and document patient progress.

D. Administrative Duties:

1. Maintain surgical records, equipment inventory, and report any discrepancies.

2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

3. Coordinate with the training team for practical sessions involving students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or GNM with valid registration/license.

2. 2-5 years of experience working as an OT Nurse, preferably in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetic Surgery.

3. Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and hands-on experience in an OT environment.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Strong ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations calmly.

6. Commitment to patient safety, care, and confidentiality.

Salary: 25,000 Per Month - 45,000 Per Month (based on experience).

Working Days: 6

Office Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM

Location: Panchsheel Enclave, South Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
