We are the No.1 Digital platform for Career Counselling. One of our products allows the client to connect with the field expert and have a session with them.

We are now looking for Experts in the field of Operations supports

Location - Remote

Experience - 7+ years

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ?500.00 - ?1,000.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Career Guidance:

• Provide in-depth guidance to clients on career paths, certifications, and growth opportunities in network security and related domains.
• Clarify client doubts regarding certifications like CISA, ISO 27000 Lead Auditor, and Lean Six Sigma (QA).
• Offer insights into the scope, roles, opportunities (local and international), training centers, domain growth, and pay scales in the mentioned domains.

Product Expertise:

• Act as a subject matter expert for Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Netskope products.
• Share knowledge about emerging technologies like Zscaler and advanced Palo Alto products.

Domain Insights:

• Provide clarity on the difference and scope of certifications like CISA vs. ISO 27000 Lead Auditor.
• Offer personalized advice based on the client's interests and career objectives.
• Knowledge Sharing:
• Deliver expert-level advice without the need for hands-on implementation work.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Proven track record in Network Security Operations with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Product Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Netskope, and interest in Zscaler.
• Certifications: Preferably certified in CISA, ISO 27000 (Lead Auditor), or similar credentials.
• Advisory Skills: Strong ability to guide clients in their career paths and answer domain-specific queries.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical and career-related concepts clearly.
