- Supervising all Logistics operations: shipment planning and execution, order processing, order control, carrier selection, freight negotiation, transportation claims, distribution center.
- warehouse performance and other support functions.
- Managing trailers
- Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met
- Working closely with vendors/Customers/sales teams to manage delivery issues for inbound and domestic shipment transportation, custom and related issues
- Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties and help prepare delivery documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for product shipment
- Work, train & manage the team to ensure all of them are aligned to the goals set. Regular feedback to the team to take corrective actions on gaps identified
- Identify process gaps, suggest, and implement process improvement
- Driving Cost and Timeliness of the dispatches
- Publishing Monthly/Weekly Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per requirement
- Should have knowledge of transportation in CFS around Whitefileld
- Should relocate in Banglore in company flat
