The CA Manager - Technical Authority -3 is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance back-office activities in an operations organization.
The primary purpose is to be able to lead the team in providing second level preventive maintenance and system fault restoration. Fault remedy requiring on site presence is dispatched to the field operation organization. The position responsible will be required:

What you will do
  • To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team to meet SLAs well within the time limits.
  • To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done regularly
  • To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA.
  • To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support
  • To investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems.
  • To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible in RAN/TXN/OSS.
  • To ensure correct working methodology.
  • To supervise product feasibility studies.
  • To guide engineers for configurations, fault management and trouble shooting.
  • To predict workforce requirements
  • Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit.
You will bring
  • To own the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.
  • Second level service problem restoration.
  • To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done for all nodes.
  • To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.
  • To handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame.
  • Raise CSR towards OEM in consultation.
  • To ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes.
  • Interact with Customers top-level management to understand their requirements and give feasibility for implementation of the same.
  • Experience in Any Two skill- PACO/STP/Cloud
Key Qualification
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years experience in Telecom Domain
