Job Description

H.S Ahuja and Associates is a nationally recognized high-end interior firm working in both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from the renovation as well as new project design.

1) provide leadership to assist staff in functioning as a team this position is required to provide leadership in maintaining a productive, cost-effective, safe and legal workplace whilst encouraging the image & brand of the company as a leader in region.

2) Strategic & operational role

3) Set and execute plans to achieve the strategic objectives.

4) Regularly communicate with team to delegate work, guide performance and evaluate results.

5) plan and monitor financial aspects of division: mange all financial and banking relations,. cash flow, collections, payments etc.

6) develop and maintain relations with principal suppliers and clients

7) Review, modify and update all business processes as required

8) Maintain the corporate brand, goodwill and quality assurance

9) Provide innovative solutions to challenges arise from all business units and sections

10) conduct the duties and tasks within the set authorities and limitations.

11) Qualified engineer with degree in civil, Architecture, Interior design or relevant related discipline

12) A proven track record in interior fit out industry with a minimum of 15 year experience in a managerial level position

13) Have a strong background in interior fit out, interior design with design project management and business development exposure

14) Previous middle east/gulf work experience essential and will be considered as a distinct advantage

15) strong project management skills

Make on site visits to check on project starts & report on project

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
