Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of modular kitchen projects from design to installation.
• Manage and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Supervise and lead a team of designers, technicians, and project managers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and client expectations.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Handle project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
• Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Foster strong client relationships by ensuring smooth project delivery and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the modular kitchen industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing project operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Project management certification or training.
• Experience in vendor and contractor management.
