Position: Sr Executive / Asst Manager / Manager - Rental OperationsLocation Navi MumbaiExperience : 4-7 yearsJob Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day
operations of our piling rigs/ foundation equipment rentals business. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our equipment rental activities,
managing a team of professionals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role
requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and an understanding of the equipment rental
industry.
Key Responsibilities will be :-
1) Co-ordination with equipment operators on daily basis and management of operators leaves as
per the HR policy.
2) Daily Log sheet data recording.
3) Preparation of billing summary sheet.
4) Co-ordination with client re-presentative at jobsite for billing confirmation on monthly billing
summary sheet made based on log sheet data.
5) Co-ordination with SCM & Service team for spare parts dispatches to rental jobsites.
6) Documents preparation (Delivery Challan etc.) for spare parts dispatches on rental jobsite.
7) Tracking of monthly rental invoices.
8) Handling of Mobilization & Demobilization of the equipment\'s based on workorders terms.
9) Tracking of vehicles/Cargo movements for Equipment\'s as well as spare parts.
10) Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and
resolving issues promptly.
11) Enforce safety regulations and best practices to ensure the safety of equipment operators and
on-site personnel.
12) Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
13) Prepare regular reports on equipment utilization, rental revenue etc.
Successful candidates should
Willing to travel & meet clients at various hierarchical positions.
Have good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field or Graduate From any
Stream.
