Job Purpose:

The Logistics Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate operations supervisors\' activities to ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations from material pickup to delivery. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and managerial skills to ensure efficient operations.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate and manage operations supervisors stationed at material pickup and delivery destinations.
• Oversee daily operations, including monitoring check-in and check-out times of operations supervisors.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through daily reports to ensure smooth operations and address issues.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to address operational challenges and ensure seamless workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to operations supervisors, resolving any issues during operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Maintain strong communication with operations supervisors through email and essential software tools like Google Docs and Sheets.
• Be available for travel, when necessary, to address on-site issues or accidents.
