Job Description

1. Project Management:

- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate with District managers to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks.

2. Resource Management:

- Allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project demands.

- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

3. Quality Assurance

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold construction standards and specifications.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety hazards.

- Investigate and resolve any incidents or accidents promptly.

4. Team Leadership:

- Provide guidance and support to project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with clients, District Managers,and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.

- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships to secure future business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a managerial role.

- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
