IMS Decimal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager for our International Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing international accounting operations, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, team management, price verification, and handling cash flow. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop, implement, and manage the annual budgeting process.
• Create detailed financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor actual performance against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Price Verification:
• Oversee the verification of pricing strategies and ensure they align with market standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely price verification processes to support sales and procurement functions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate and update pricing models.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
• Prepare regular cash flow reports for senior management.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance:
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant changes into the company's processes.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CA) is highly preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in international accounting and financial management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
