Operations & logistic Manager

Overview:

This Cloud kitchen is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the central hub's operations, overseeing inventory management, manufacturing processes, and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

• Manufacturing Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the central hub's manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of production operations.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods at the central hub.
• Implement inventory tracking systems and procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the team to forecast inventory needs, source materials, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Distribution and Logistics:
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of inventory to cafes and other locations.
• Optimize distribution routes, minimize transportation costs, and ensure timely delivery of inventory to meet customer demand.
• Monitor delivery performance, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays to maintain service levels.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings within manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, streamline workflow processes, and implement automation solutions where applicable.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational goals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory management softwares.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols related to manufacturing operations.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, drive process improvements, and achieve operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Gurgaon's transportation network and familiarity with local regulations is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
