c. Vendor Management
Manging the Vendors for the steady supply of partner resources
d. Team Management
- Effectively managing Operations team
- Continuous training and skill development of team
e. Cost Management, SLA and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and cost efficiency through continuous
monitoring
- Design and Rollout Efficient Partner Pay-out models to achieve best SLA and
Profitability
- Employ tools and techniques to monitor and improve various operational
aspects
