We provide comprehensive 360-degree emergency medical services (EMS) and partner with hospitals and government agencies across multiple states, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi & NCR, Rajasthan, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh. Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily floor activities, including patient handling and customer service.
• Manage Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and ambulance drivers while coordinating with the Command Centre to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee ambulance operations and ensure trips are efficiently managed.
• Maintain inventory levels for medical supplies and address technical issues related to operations.
• Ensure that new patient admissions are handled smoothly and discharges are completed on time.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage patient information and reports.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure the highest level of service.
• Serve as a communication link between patients, ground staff, and senior management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements :

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to assist and supervise a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or PG degree in Hospital Administration (BHA/MHA) , or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi .
• A keen interest in emergency medical services and operations management .
• Prior experience in operations or healthcare services is a plus but not required.
