We are looking for an Operation/Plant/Manufaturing head for a leading manufacturing in Faridabad Only Faridabad based candidates will be preferred Job description: Operation Head \xe2\x80\x93Electronics/Mechanical Background having at least 10years of experience in manufacturing industries, preference would be from lighting industries, should have at least 2years experience of heading the Plant. Brief description of the position: Optimization and Control of Manufacturing operations through planning, production and process engineering departments so as to minimize cost and best possible use of manpower utilization.

• Production Engineering
• Supervision of the validation, creation and maintenance of Bill of Material and Routing.
• Definition of the needs in production equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and tooling.
• Standard price validation.
• Workshop layout.
• Decision on local production Vs subcontracting.
• Participation in new product industrialisation.
• Production
• Monitor Workshop people management.
• Ensure the adherence to Standard Time and supervise the control of workshop efficiency.
• Quality and on time delivery survey
• Keep track of tooling and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s to be replaced and the investment required.
• Supervising for the maintenance of equipment & tools.
• Organization of building maintenance
• Planning \xe2\x80\x93 Definition of the policy regarding:
• Supply management
• Release and validate Purchase Orders.
• Planning and workload management
• Inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Pay: 9150,000.00 - 9175,000.00 per month Benefits:
