Job Description

Responsibilites :

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and safety protocols.

4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly.

5. Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and contractual obligations.

7. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among project teams.

8. Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.

9. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.

10. Evaluate and implement new technologies, methods, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and competitiveness.

Job Requirment :

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

3. Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety regulations.

4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

7. Knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices.

8. Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in construction.

9. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.

10. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
