Job Summary:

The Trials and Delivery Specialist will oversee the testing and delivery processes for clothing collections, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. This role involves coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations from sample trials to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Trials Management:
• Coordinate and conduct fitting sessions for new clothing samples.
• Collaborate with designers and product development teams to assess fit, fabric quality, and overall design.
• Document feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
• Production Coordination:
• Work closely with production teams to ensure timely transition from trial samples to bulk production.
• Monitor production timelines and address any issues that may arise to avoid delays.
• Logistics and Delivery:
• Manage the logistics of delivering finished products to retail locations or distribution centers.
• Collaborate with shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate reorders as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Address any discrepancies or defects in collaboration with the production team.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between design, production, and logistics teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Provide regular updates on trial progress and delivery schedules to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the clothing industry, particularly in trials and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD).
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
