Join Our Team as an Operations Executive!

Heritage Aviation is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee our helicopter flight operations in the beautiful regions of Shimla and Kullu. If you're passionate about aviation and have a knack for ensuring smooth and punctual flights, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of helicopter flight operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and compliance with DGCA CARs.
• Liaise with ATC and local administration for seamless flight operations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring punctual flight schedules and providing timely communication to passengers in case of disruptions.
• Lead a team of aviation professionals, flight dispatchers, and operations staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any graduate with 2-7 years of experience in the operations department of any airline or ground handling agency.
• Familiarity with flight planning and dispatch procedures is a must. Working knowledge of DGCA CARs is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency are required.
