Job Summary:The Operations Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This role involves coordinating with clients, handling CRM systems, managing field supervisors, and ensuring timely placement of vehicles and payments.Roles and Responsibility :
Plan and manage daily activities for smooth operations.
Implement strategies to optimize performance.
Client Coordination:
Communicate with clients to ensure timely scrap collection.
Maintain strong client relationships.
CRM Management:
Enter and manage data in the CRM system for accurate planning.
Track and monitor activities and interactions.
Oversee and support field supervisors to maximize productivity.
Conduct performance reviews and meetings.
Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors.
Logistics Coordination:
Collaborate with the logistics team for timely vehicle placement.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
Experience in operations management.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of logistics is a plus.
